City Intelligent-Card (IC) System

In 1998, Hengji Electronic brought up a new concept of “city in one card”, and became the first native company who adopted the most advanced technology called “Contractness Dual Interface CPU Card”.
In 2000, the development of city IC system was granted “one of the nineteen big events” by Dalian government; meanwhile, “City IC System” received National Software Copyright. In 2005, Hengji Electronic successfully developed the “Water, Gas and Heating IC System” for Dalian development zone with the combined technique of intelligent card and network technology. The IC system used in Dalian development zone was granted “IC Model Project of National Construction Industry” by Golden-Card agency and IC Application & Management Agency (the Ministry of Construction).
